By Bus Translink will offer some enhanced bus and rail services for passengers travelling from across Northern Ireland to the Radio One Big Weekend in Derry ~ Londonderry, May 24th-26th, which is on this weekend also. For all routes originating from the Republic of Ireland please visit Bus Eireann website http://www.buseireann.ie. The Lough Swilly Bus Company provides a regular cross border service into the city centre, from Co Donegal. Full timetable available at www.loughswillybusco.com
Northwest Busways provides cross border services to the city from Carndonagh and Moville.By CarDerry-Londonderry can be accessed via a number of major road links and parking will be available in the city centre throughout the weekend. Park and Ride services will also be in operation as well as Park and Stride access from two key sites.
By Rail Derry-Londonderry's updated Translink rail service is now in operation, linking with Belfast, Coleraine, Ballymena, and Antrim, with trains arriving in Derry. Visit www.translink.co.uk
By Car Travelling from Belfast – travel along the M1 motorway, bypassing Toome and heading towards Dungiven. From here follow the signs into Derry-Londonderry. See Map here for more details
